The Headline
Since every leader and their sprinkler is waxing eloquent about AI on LinkedIn, I’ll spare you my own “thoughts.”
I predominantly use Claude Code, but sometimes I use Google’s Antigravity, and for sampling other models, I use typingmind with API subscription to OpenRouter.
A sample of things I do with AI:
- home: general tasks and help for everything related to my home
- hobby projects: to vibe code sites, build scripts, help proofread some of my writing and so on.
- home automation: dealing with my network, NAS, all the smart bulbs, switches, locks and what not, my miniPC; basically helping drive my wife crazy.
- At work I use a combination of tools to craft mockups, create functional prototypes, build product references, review code base and narratives, brainstorm ideas, conduct data analysis, write scripts to process data etc.
My rubric is simple: if I have a problem to solve, then I try to find the right tool to solve it. Sometimes it’s AI, and sometimes, it’s not.
